At myHarvest Farms, we take great care to deliver every order fresh, accurately, and on time.
 If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order anytime before the daily cut-off time by calling or messaging our Customer Success Team.
  • If you’ve already made a payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • In case of suspected fraud or policy misuse, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
  • To maintain a safe shopping environment, repeated fraudulent or high-risk accounts may be restricted.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

If you face any issue with your delivery, please contact our Customer Success Team for resolution.
Refunds or replacements are processed after verification of the concern.

Timeframes for Raising Issues:

  • Fruits & Vegetables (Perishables): Report within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
  • Groceries, Sweets, Snacks & Non-Perishables: Report within 48 hours of delivery with product images.
  • Missing Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll review each case and, where eligible, process a replacement or refund within 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, you can share your bank account or UPI ID securely via email to community@myharvestfarms.com.

  • Refunds are not issued in cash.

  • In some cases, refunds may be provided as store credits that can be used for future purchases.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products sold as Packs or Combos cannot be returned individually.
  • Items purchased under special offers or promotions may only be refunded or replaced as per campaign terms.

5. Important Note

Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.
Each case will be verified based on evidence and eligibility under this policy.
 We appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve all issues fairly and quickly.
