At myHarvest Farms, we’re committed to delivering your order with care, fresh, accurate, and on time, just as promised. We use our own delivery network across Chennai and work with trusted courier partners for other locations to ensure smooth service.

1. Delivery Charges

• Home Delivery in Chennai:
  
  
  • Free delivery for orders above ₹500.
    
    
  • A nominal ₹50 delivery fee applies for orders below ₹500.
    
    
  • Delivery fees may be waived for regular or subscription customers at our discretion.
    
    
• Courier Orders for outside Chennai:
  
  
  • Shipping is calculated based on total parcel weight (₹100 per kg) and displayed at checkout.
    
    

2. Delivery Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, the delivery details will be shared with you via WhatsApp.
