1. Soft Whole Wheat Roti

The everyday staple, made better with real atta.

What you need:

2 cups myHarvest Farms Wheat Flour

Water as needed

A pinch of salt

A small spoon of ghee or oil (optional)

How to make it: Add salt to the flour and knead gradually with water until you get a soft, smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes – this resting time is what gives you softer rotis. Divide into equal portions, roll thin, and cook on a hot tawa on both sides until light brown spots appear. Finish with a small spoon of ghee. The rotis will be soft, slightly nutty in flavour, and genuinely more satisfying than what refined atta gives you.

2. Wheat Flour Halwa

A traditional sweet that feels like comfort in a bowl. Simple ingredients, big warmth.

What you need:

1 cup myHarvest Farms Wheat Flour

Half cup ghee

Half cup jaggery, dissolved in 1.5 cups warm water

Cardamom powder

Cashews and raisins for garnish

How to make it: Heat ghee in a heavy pan and add the wheat flour. Roast on low flame, stirring continuously, until the flour turns golden and fills your kitchen with a warm, nutty aroma. This takes about 8 to 10 minutes and is the most important step – don't rush it. Slowly pour in the warm jaggery water while stirring quickly to avoid lumps. 

Keep stirring on low flame until the halwa thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add cardamom powder, garnish with cashews and raisins, and serve warm. Made with whole wheat and jaggery, this is a sweet you can feel genuinely good about.

3. Stuffed Aloo Paratha

A weekend breakfast that the whole family will show up for without being called twice.

What you need:

2 cups myHarvest Farms Wheat Flour

3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed

1 green chilli, finely chopped

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Half teaspoon cumin seeds

Salt and red chilli powder to taste

Ghee or butter to cook

How to make it: Knead the wheat flour into a soft dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. Mix the mashed potatoes with green chilli, coriander, cumin, salt, and chilli powder. Divide the dough into portions, flatten each one, place a generous spoon of filling in the centre, and seal the edges by pulling the dough over the filling. Roll gently into a round paratha. Cook on a hot tawa with ghee until both sides are golden and slightly crisp. 

Serve with curd, pickle, or a dollop of white butter. With whole wheat atta, the paratha has a depth of flavour and a satisfying bite that makes it feel like a proper meal, not just a breakfast.
